Margaret Scholey
Margaret Scholey has had a passion for all forms of art and
craft from her childhood. Originally trained as a fashion and design teacher,
she taught in further education for a number of years. Although concentrating
predominantly in watercolours, finds mixed media exciting. She paints botanical
flowers, but recently has enjoyed the challenge of designing patterns from
nature. Margaret likes her paintings to have the "wow" factor and finds her work
both successful and rewarding. She exhibits and sells widely.
